Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

    We love this meal! It packs huge flavor and it is so simple to prepare! We construct each sandwich with a generous spoonful of creamy coleslaw (recipe following) and a good ol' slice of american cheese.

Slow cooker Shredded BBQ Chicken (servings for 6)
  • 6 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (12oz) bottle bulls eye bbq sauce
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs yellow mustard
  • 1&1/2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tbs white vinegar
  • 6 soft rolls
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. In separate bowl mix bbq sauce, worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar and vinegar together then pour over top of chicken. Set slow cooker to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours or set to high for 4 hours, 30 minutes prior to serving shred chicken with a fork.
