Keeping Things Fresh

I get all our family's produce from Boutiful Baskets, I love the quality but most of all I love how affordable the program is. Sometimes they throw us all for a loop, providing us with fruits and vegitables we are not familiar with or providing us with so much we can't get through it all before it goes bad. I will keep adding the links I find helpful, providing me with information on storing and preserving fresh veggies and fruit.
