Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk (I use half and half)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt of a little less
  • 2 tbs melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 extra tbs or so of flour to thicken batter if needed
Mix flour and eggs together, it will be lumpy. Add milk in three parts then add water in 3 parts and mix until smooth. Add melted butter, vanilla, sugar and salt and mix well adding extra flour if needed to thicken the batter.
