- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk (I use half and half)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt of a little less
- 2 tbs melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 extra tbs or so of flour to thicken batter if needed
Mix flour and eggs together, it will be lumpy. Add milk in three parts then add water in 3 parts and mix until smooth. Add melted butter, vanilla, sugar and salt and mix well adding extra flour if needed to thicken the batter.
